2026 Spring Practices
​
Spring practices are held for all players who are planning on returning to the program the upcoming Fall season. These sessions are held after school either in the gym or in the weight room beginning May 18 through May 29. Please check the program's calendar for specific dates/schedule.
2026 Tryouts​​

Anyone who wishes to tryout for the 2026 season must attend our scheduled tryouts July 31, August 1, and August 3 in Poway High School's gym.
You may search our Tryout page on our website to find more specifics about the tryout process (i.e. mandatory athletic clearance process, times each tryout will be held, when cuts will be made, conditioning requirements, etc.)
It is with great pleasure that we highlight the Rose Family's foundation, Camp Korey, which honors their son, Korey, who lost his battle with bone cancer at the age of 18. Camp Korey recently moved to its new facility to beautiful Mount Vernon, WA and serves children and families living with serious medical conditions. Camp Korey's mission is to honor the courage, strength, and determination of children and their families living with life-altering medical conditions by providing them with a fun and safe experience in a camp environment with specialized medical support.
